MECH GROUP HISTORY
Mech Group starts in a joint venture with Alexouda confectionery, one of the largest production units in Greece, wholesale distribution and exportation. Mech Group expands its activities in agreement with Skyrapack Ltd for the distribution of aggregates in the Balkan region. MECH GROUP expands its activities by signing an agreement with LITASCO SA for the distribution of fuels (gasoline, LPG and diesel) as well as bitumen. MECH GROUP enter ‘s the spare parts market with cooperation and opening of AutoNetParts store in Thessaloniki-Greece. Expanding our activities in the processing and export of olive oil and superfoods MECH GROUP expands its product portfolio with the help of LUKOIL MARINE thus giving us the capability of worldwide distribution. MECH GROUP undertakes the distribution of LUKOIL products for the whole of Greece. MECH GROUP strengthens its cooperation with LUKOIL LUBRICANTS EAST EUROPE by exclusively distributing its products in Cyprus. End of 2013 agreement is reached with LUKOIL LUBRICANTS EAST EUROPE SRL for the distribution of their products in N. Greece. Establishment of MECH GROUP LTD as an import and export company for trading of industrial electrical equipment.
